Microsoft Security Response

The close cooperation of IKARUS and Microsoft brings many benefits to our customers. Certainly, one of the most important ones is that our products integrate perfectly into Microsoft’s numerous products. To that end, we have joined a large number of Microsoft partner programs.

One of them is the Microsoft Active Protections Program (MAPP). IKARUS Security became an active MAPP partner already in 2009. With MAPP, Microsoft provides security-software vendors early access to information regarding vulnerabilities in their software products. Thus, IKARUS customers can be sure that all necessary updates for their products will be available in time on the monthly Patch Day.
